What are Your Bootcamps all About?
A three to four-week indoor/outdoor program of fitness instruction, nutritional counseling, and motivational training. You will be inspired and have fun while participating in a fantastic workout led by Certified Adventure Fitness Trainers, Burnis and Lee Jones. Each day, camp will be one hour in length. Conveniently located in Lynnwood near Seattle, WA.
What if I’m not very physically fit?
NOBODY will be left behind or asked to complete more than they are capable of doing safely. Nor will anybody go home unchallenged! Women of all ages and abilities are welcome to participate. Each day will slightly increase in intensity. You will inspire and be inspired by others.
How often can I go?
Anniversary Special Registration fee of $150.00 allows unlimited class participation.
What do I need to bring?
A thick exercise mat, resistance bands, resistance tubes, two sets of small hand weights 3-lb. & 5-lb or 5-lb. & 8-lb. (depending on your current fitness level), plenty of water, towel, and a sense of adventure. You can purchase the exercise mat, resistance bands and tubes, and hand weights at stores like Target, Fred Meyer, Sports Authority, etc.
For all other classes just bring water, everything else is provided.
We also HIGHLY RECOMMEND getting fitted for running shoes that PROPERLY fit your feet. We will provide a list of stores that can assist with this once we have received your Bootcamp registration.
What can I expect to achieve from camp?
Your body will become more fit and toned, and you will gain more confidence making a dramatic improvement in your physical well-being. The camp program includes exercises designed to firm your butt and thighs, flatten your stomach, reduce body fat, and increase stamina. By losing fat and gaining muscle, you’ll lose inches and gain strength, while looking and feeling better. Also, you’ll meet great people who share in the same vision of striving to reach their goals for a healthier mind and body.

You will make a dramatic improvement in your physical and mental well-being. In addition, you will meet great people who share your same passion for acquiring a more healthy body and mind. You will be finished with your training before the rest of the world has even gotten started!
What is the cost (investment in myself)?
We’re celebrating our 10th Year Anniversary so there is a special registration fee of $150.00 for unlimited Bootcamp participation. That’s potentially up to 19-hours of class instruction with a personal training feel. Where else can you get premiere or cutting edge fitness class instruction with a personal training vibe for that incredible price? Personal Trainers can typically charge $60 to $150 per hour for their services – this is a great opportunity to receive motivating fitness instruction by a certified personal trainer for just a fraction of the cost.
What you can expect:
