Hello and thank you for your interest in Body by Burnis Bootcamp for Women.

If this will be your first bootcamp, you will need to have the following items each day at camp, which you will be able to store at the training facility so you do not have to transport them back-and-forth each day.

– Thick Yoga Mat

– Two Sets of Hand Weights – Recommend Neoprene Covered to Resist Slipping/Sliding

– 3-lb & 5-lb or 5-lb & 8-lb (Depending on Your Current Fitness Level)

– Resistance Band – Without Handles

– Resistance Tube – With Handles

– Plenty of Water

– 2 Workout Towel

– Dress in Layers

A successful workout program begins with wearing the proper athletic shoes…this cannot be stressed enough! Athletic shoes have come a long way over the years, but they still require replacement every so often and depending on your workout regimen replacement could be every 2 — 3 months. The best way to find the “perfect shoe for you” is to be properly fitted.

We believe that good athletic attire can aide in a great work out. A great sports bra and comfortable athletic wear will ensure you have a great workout.
