What are Your Bootcamps all About?
In a single bootcamp session you will see marked improvement in body composition, endurance, strength and energy. You will also be encouraged and given positive energy by the women who attend bootcamp.
What is Body by Burnis Fitness Bootcamps for Women?
A camp of indoor/outdoor program of fitness instruction, nutritional counseling, and motivational training. You will be inspired and have fun while participating in a fantastic workout led by Certified Fitness Trainers, Burnis Jones and Lee Jones. Each day, camp will be one hour in length.
What if I’m not very physically fit?
NOBODY will be left behind or asked to complete more than they are capable of doing safely. Nor will anybody go home unchallenged! Women of all ages and abilities are welcome to participate. Each day will slightly increase in intensity. You will inspire and be inspired by others.
How often can I go?
The amount of times you’re able to attend per Day Per/Per Week depends on which option you choose.
3 Classes per week. Does not include Drop In Saturday.
4 Classes per week. Does not include Drop In Saturday.
Unlimited number of Classes per day/per week including Drop In Saturday for the Session.
Unlimited number of Classes per day/per week including Drop In Saturday for 6 Months (January — June).
What do I need to bring?
A thick exercise mat, resistance bands, resistance tubes, two sets of small hand weights 3-lb. & 5-lb or 5-lb. & 8-lb. (depending on your current fitness level), plenty of water, towel, and a sense of adventure. You can purchase the exercise mat, resistance bands and tubes, and hand weights at stores like Target, Fred Meyer, Sports Authority, etc.
For all other classes just bring water, everything else is provided.
We also HIGHLY RECOMMEND getting fitted for running shoes that PROPERLY fit your feet. We will provide a list of stores that can assist with this once we have received your Bootcamp registration.
What can I expect to achieve from camp?
Your body will become more fit and toned, and you will gain more confidence making a dramatic improvement in your physical well-being. The camp program includes exercises designed to firm your butt and thighs, flatten your stomach, reduce body fat, and increase stamina. By losing fat and gaining muscle, you’ll lose inches and gain strength, while looking and feeling better. Also, you’ll meet great people who share in the same vision of striving to reach their goals for a healthier mind and body.
Why should I participate?
You will make a dramatic improvement in your physical and mental well-being. In addition, you will meet great people who share your same passion for acquiring a more healthy body and mind. You will be finished with your training before the rest of the world has even gotten started!
What you can expect:
- One hour a day for 3 or 4 weeks of Challenging Workouts
- Motivating and energizing positive workout.

- Spaces fill quickly for this unique experience!
$160.00. 3 Classes per week. Does not include Drop In Saturday (Saturdays $10.00).

$200.00 UNLIMITED. Unlimited number of Classes per day/per week including Drop In Saturday for the Session.
MEMBERSHIP. $150.00/month for 6 months. Allows you to attend any class per day per week, including Drop In Saturday. January — June.
